Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Oky, an octoid.ai product operated by OHL EMPREENDIMENTOS LTDA (CNPJ 24.797.928/0001-07, Brazil). By using Oky, you agree to these terms. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to do so.
1. Use of the service
Oky helps teams use AI to work with business information and perform tasks through connected services. You are responsible for your account, the users you authorize, the data you provide and the permissions and instructions you grant. Use must comply with applicable law, third-party rights and the terms of connected services. Unauthorized access, interference with security and abusive use are prohibited.
2. AI and third-party services
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review outputs and proposed actions before relying on them. Connections depend on third-party availability and permissions. Features and integrations may change; these terms do not guarantee a specific result, uninterrupted availability or future functionality.
3. Data and intellectual property
You retain your rights to your data and authorize its processing to provide the service. Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Oky's software, branding and related materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
4. Commercial terms and ending use
Fees, service levels and any additional data-processing obligations are governed by the applicable agreement with your organization. These public terms do not create an SLA or a data-processing addendum. You can stop using Oky and revoke connected-service access. For account closure or data requests, contact talk-to@octoid.ai. We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements, subject to applicable law and agreements.
5. Applicable terms
The service is provided as available, subject to mandatory legal rights and any applicable signed agreement. A signed agreement prevails in case of conflict with these terms; it does not override applicable law or provider data-use restrictions. Brazilian law applies. Updated terms are published here with a revision date, subject to any legally required notice or acceptance.
