Oky
What Oky does
Oky is a business productivity application by octoid.ai, operated by OHL EMPREENDIMENTOS LTDA (Brazil). It is an AI assistant for companies: employees of a customer organization sign in with their work account and ask Oky to find information, draft replies, process spreadsheets and documents, and run recurring operational workflows (for example, consolidating a weekly report from spreadsheets and emailing it to the team).
Oky is sold to organizations, and access is restricted to members of a customer workspace. It is not a consumer application, does not create or edit images or media, and does not offer content generation for entertainment.
How Oky uses Google user data
When a user connects a Google account, Oky only accesses the data covered by the permissions shown on Google's consent screen, and only to perform the tasks that user or their organization requests:
- Gmail: read messages to find information the user asks about, and send emails the user or a configured workflow requests (for example, a report or a reply).
- Google Drive: read files the user refers to, so Oky can answer questions about them or use them as input for a task.
- Google Calendar: read events to answer scheduling questions and create or update events when the user asks.
- Google Sheets: read and update spreadsheets used in the user's reports and workflows.
Oky's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train or improve general-purpose AI models. Users can revoke access at any time in their Google Account connections.
Responsible AI use
Oky does not use Google APIs, or data obtained through them, to generate, edit, alter or distribute sexual, intimate or nude imagery of any person, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). Oky has no image-generation or image-editing features. Our Terms of Service prohibit abusive use and any use that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties.
